NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Phelps County Board of Commissioners and standing committees will be held each Tuesday of the month except NO MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 5TH TUESDAY of the month. MEETINGS WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 A.M. All meetings are held at the Phelps County Courthouse, Holdrege, NE.
The method designated by the Phelps County Board to provide reasonable advance publicized notice will be published in the Holdrege Citizen newspaper. In case of refusal, neglect, or inability of the newspaper to publish the notice, the Phelps County Board will post such notice on its website, request the newspaper submit a post on a statewide website and post such notice in a conspicuous public place in Phelps Counties jurisdiction.
Agendas for such meetings, kept continuously current, are available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk and on the website; however, the Board may modify the agendas at such meetings. (View agenda and Board minutes on Phelps County website: www.phelpscounty.ne.gov)
