High Speed Notification Systems purchased for Region 15

Region 15 Emergency Management Agency has obtained the ability to use a High Speed Notification System.  Phelps, Frontier, Hitchcock and Dundy County are using a system called CodeRed, Gosper County utilizes Civic Ready for notification.  These systems allow Emergency Agencies to contact residence via phone in case of emergency situations.  Residents can also sign up their homes, businesses, and schools to receive weather alerts.  Phelps County residents can sign up for weather alerts on the www.phelpsgov.org home page.  Frontier County residents can sign up at www.co.frontier.ne.us.  Hitchcock County residents can go to www.hitchcockcountysheriff.org.  Dundy County residents may sign up at www.co.dundy.ne.us. Gosper County residents may sign up at http://ne-dawsoncounty.civicready.com.
